For any hardware and/or software problems encountered for products bought from Mechatronic, please contact our “Helpdesk Operations”.

Our helpdesk can be reached during business hours:
Monday to Friday from 08:00 – 13:30 and 14:30 to 17:30,
with the exception of Wednesdays which we finish off at 14:00.

The designated telephone number that you can call is 22-58-20-00.  Please ensure to have the products’ serial number ready!

During this phone call you might be asked for some additional information. Therefore we recommend on having the product as well as the following details at hand: 

  • exact product model name (e.g. IBM Server x3850) 
  • serial number of your device 
  • operating system installed on your Computer/Server if applicable
  • reference number of a previous contact with our helpdesk if available (so that we don’t have to capture your details again) 

After our Helpdesk Operator logs in the call, she will then forward it to the relevant department and/or engineer, who depending on the severity of the problem reported, will take the appropriate action.

You can also contact our helpdesk online by submitting your questions using the e-mail support option.

In addition, you will also be asked for your email address. This may be used to send you a survey/questionnaire to obtain your feedback so as to assist us to constantly improve our service. If you do not wish to participate in such a survey, you may simply ignore the email. No further contact will be made, unless there is a specific requirement to do so regarding your initial enquiry.
